Automation

We see many companies growing and changing, but it is still a linear process. Technology, on the other hand, is growing exponentially. These two different paces of development lead to the emergence of a growing gap between the real value of a company and its potential that can be released thanks to the implementation of solutions in the area of robotic process automation (RPA).

RPA allows you to introduce changes to business processes by eliminating repetitive, low-value activities, thus changing the roles and functions of employees, while at the same time reducing costs and improving the quality of services and products. We implement intuitive technologies that allow companies to quickly respond to the challenges of changing reality and to better manage risk.

Software Robots

We carry out process analyzes, identifying those that will benefit from robotization. Repetitive, monotonous activities performed by an employee at the computer are not only labor-intensive, but also carry a high risk of making mistakes. We use the software of our technology partner https://wizlink.eu/ to create software robots that can perform all repetitive activities and processes, such as transferring data between applications or working with MS Excel.

Robots free up the time of people previously involved in these processes, they do not make mistakes and can work 24/7. . Scalability is also important here and it can be achieved almost without additional financial outlays, because the processes are performed when there are no employees in the office – at night and on weekends – on computer equipment that is not used at that times.

Smart process management

Our services build the complete implementation process, but at the same time we can implement independent interventions in selected areas and at various stages of the project.

The aim of our activities in this area is to stimulate the development of organizations by planning new services and products, introducing changes in the area of business models and processes, implementing solutions in the field of renewable energy sources, e-commerce and others, taking into account the potential of digital transformation and a changing business ecosystem.

ADMA’s Digital Organizational Readiness Diagnosis

Based on the ADMA (Advanced Manufacturing) methodology, as certified auditors, we analyze the multidimensional and critical areas of the company that are critical to digital transformation readiness, including organizational culture, the level of competence to accept digital change, the state of technological advancement and know-how.

Expert insight determines the key directions of changes, and also includes a program of specific actions, accelerating the digital change.

Energy and Business Audit

The use of audit to diagnose an organization and assess the effectiveness of its operation brings many benefits in the area of risk management, as well as in leadership, communication, organizational culture and interpersonal relationships.

We have conducted several hundred audits in companies and public sector units, all based on international standards (CIA, CGAP), ISO standards, and our own method of organizational diagnosis, readiness for digital transformation, and process efficiency.

We also specialize in conducting energy audits and developing heat plans, and electricity and gas fuel supply plans for municipalities.

Professor Roman Batko

CEO, founder

prof. Roman Batko, CEO, founder Roman Batko is a professor in Management Science at the Jagiellonian University and Military University of Land Forces in Wroclaw, an expert in the Future Industry Platform, a certified ADMA auditor, and a Member of the Culture and Media Management Committee of the Polish Academy of Arts and Sciences. He specializes in process management and digital transformation management. He conducts research on issues related to organizations of the future: AI, robotization, new forms of communication, changes in the labor market, and the creation of technological networks in which the position of the human changes radically. He has participated in international teams, implementing the projects “Digital Technologies, Transformations and Skills: Robotics and EU Perceptions” (D3REU) and “European Union Jean Monnet Project Grant, Discourses on European Union I4.0 Innovation (DEUI4I)”. He is the author and co-author of several dozen publications, most of which are devoted to digital transformation.

Tomasz Burczyński specializes in tax law, environmental law, administrative and court-administrative proceedings as well as new technologies law in administrative and legal terms. He gained professional experience while working in the administrative judiciary as an assistant to judges of the Provincial Administrative Court and the Supreme Administrative Court ruling in tax matters. He is an an expert in the project “E-administration as a condition for the development of Poland” and a lecturer in the project “Good law, efficient governance”, implemented by the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, as well as a lecturer at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw.

Patrycja Filarska holds a PhD in management and quality sciences, and she is a researcher and consultant in the company in project management in the field of modern technologies. She defended her doctoral dissertation at the Jagiellonian University entitled “Managing human relations – advanced technologies in the context of the project maturity phases on the example of research and laboratory infrastructure in Polish research centers”. She participated in research projects of the Jagiellonian University and the British Academy.
